Time For Room MAKEOVER :: My shopping list for aesthetic home décor
What is better than scrolling through online shopping during quarantine? Nope, that’s pretty all I need for consolation from this forever-lasting-boring quarantine time. I spending much more time at home, so why make it more comfy? So here’s my five picks for my home décor ( and something else) !
KIKO KOSTADINOV “KK.0001 SOLID PERFUME”
I know this is not for house décor, but guys, it’s KIKO KOSTA!!! KIKO KOSTA is certainly one of my favorite designers, his brand KIKO KOSTADINOV integrates functional elements and industrial style perfectly, which turned into stylish unisex clothing. Recently, they announced the launch of their first fragrance product with Tokyo niche fragrance brand RETAW, “KK.0001 SOLID PERFUME”. The packaging remains KIKO KOSTADINOV's consistent and concise style, with a white aluminum tube design, black cover and black lettering, chic and simple all in one. The blending smell of cedar, sandalwood, leather, vetiver and musk adds up every neutral scent I adore. This perfume is definitely gonna be my top 1 favorite once I get it.
Elemense “Diffuse stone”
Due to the one-month quarantine, the amount time of staying home has extended, which makes me focused more on my daily living environment. I am definitely the fragrance-type of girl who use scent to create my own life style. And there’s a particular Japanese brand that caught my eye, Elemense. They have a distinctive fragnance product called “Diffuse stone”. The pottery fragrance stone of Elemense is a stone-like pottery stone that has been naturally cultivated over a long period of time, brewed by natural fragrance oils. The Diffuse stone effuses a natural fragrance, which is soothing and joyful.
House Raccoon “Lily Propagation Station”
Just like the nature, you can get too much of green in your house. I’m obsessed with the Belgian brand, House Raccoon, and their new products, June Propagation Station and Lily Propagation Station. Unlike other ordinary vases, these flowers are more professional for gardening needs and support Plant Cuttings planting methods, which are used for vegetative reproduction of plants. In the meantime, it also has a beautiful and refined appearance, flowers are hand-made in small batches by House Raccoon's workshop. Sustainable and chic. That’s all I need to green up my space.
Transparent Speaker
When you think of Scandinavian style of home decor, you probably
will think of the minimalistic mixture of textures and soft hues that
keeps the house tactile and cozy. Well, I’ve found the perfect speaker
for my future Scandinavian home! Transparent Speaker basically
meets up all my imaginations with speakers. The minimalistic style
with pure white aluminum frame and tempered glass makes it a
timeless peice. It can be paired wirelessly with Bluetooth, it’s a perfect combination with simple design and high-tech functions.
Casa Gitane “Pendant lamps”
Casa Gitane, my forever top 3 favorite aesthetic home decoration brand, which is founded by Stella Willing and Machteld van der Werff. They traveled the world together to find inspiration and unique objects, then design the look of ideal furniture in their hearts, hoping to give each person who seeks freedom and loves world culture a different attitude to life. From lamps, chairs, tables, decorations, various fabrics, and utensils, Casa Gitane's creations not only integrate old and new elements, but are also full of unique nomadic atmosphere for the space.
“Pendant lamps” are my favorite, the ceramic shades are finished with a wooden or brass fitting and suspended from a woven fabric cord that enhances its retro flair, perfect fit for my kitchen and dining room!
